I am given you the simple and easy way and I think you easily add buttons to your blogger blog page. If you want to add the social or any type buttons in your blogger post page so follow the steps given below:-
First make a icon and give a link to it.

Make a new page into your blogger and import the image in that page.after you import the image just save the page and click view and your page will show in the new tab. (note:- remember that your page should be hide otherwise it show in your website page bar. )
